Global Award-Winning, Delirium Beers will be highlighted on Thursday, October 12th, at 6:30pm as an evening of education and tastings from BBL National Accounts Manager, Ed Garrison.

This Belgium Beer has been linked back to 1654 and now has a cult following across the globe. Look for the international icon, The Pink Elephant, to welcome you, on this evening and on each of their cans, since 1989.

In partnership with Delirium and the National Breast Cancer Foundation, proceeds from this event will be donated to support Breast Cancer awareness in hopes of strengthening early detection, education, and support for so many impacted by breast cancer.

This fun evening will include 4-tastings of the world-renowned Delirium Beer lineup: Delirium Tremens, Deliria, Delirium Red, and Delirium Nocturnum.

Combining a passion for creating compelling wines from small lot productions of sustainable vineyards, come and join us on a tasting journey through Sonoma County and beyond.

Roger Beery (Proprietor of J. Cage Cellars) will be leading our evening of wine tasting. His passion and commitment to his craft, his family, and to the stories that have created his brand will leave a lasting impact on you. We are in for a beautiful treat.

For some, winemaking is a legacy. For Roger & Donna Beery and our children, it is a calling. We are a family from Austin, Texas and Colorado who were drawn to northern Sonoma County for different reasons. Our son, Conch, studied winemaking and settled here after traveling the world to learn his craft. Our daughter, Whitney, came to California to build a career in wine hospitality. Donna and I followed what we call our Wine-Stained Dream: a passion for Pinot Noir that turned us into wine writers, and then, eventually, winemakers. Each of us came to California seeking something different, but we shared a mutual respect for honesty and integrity in winemaking. We decided to combine our training and talents to craft our own J. Cage wines. We are the Beery family.

Fresh Charcuterie and accoutrements will be provided. To-go Charcuterie will be included as a pairing for any wine purchased at the event. All J. Cage Cellars wines will be available at a 20% discount for order on the night of the event.

Stone Ashe Vineyards in collaboration with Marble & Steel Chocolates

Stone Ashe Vineyard brings a touch of the Old World to a 67-acre ridgetop setting in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Henderson County. The vineyard consists of nine blocks growing seven grape varietals on various slopes. Vines were cloned from legacy vines in France and carefully planted by the owners. Varietals are riesling, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot and petit verdot.

This Summer pairing will consist of wine tastings developed by Stone Ashe Vineyards paired with decadent chocolates made locally by Marble & Steel Chocolates. It will be an exceptional evening.

“The history of Orin Swift Cellars dates back to 1995 when on a lark, David Swift Phinney took a friend up on an offer and went to Florence, Italy to spend a semester “studying”. During that time, he was introduced to wine, how it was made, and got hooked. A few more years of university led to graduation and eventually a job at Robert Mondavi Winery in 1997 as a temporary harvest worker. Deciding that if he was going to work this hard, it would eventually have to be for himself, he founded Orin Swift Cellars in 1998; Orin is his father’s middle name and Swift is his mother’s maiden name. With two tons of zinfandel and not much else, he spent the next decade making wine for others as well as himself and grew the brand to what it is today.”
